Dr. Alfabeto is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She is a graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Philippine General Hospital. She completed her fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology at the Philippine General Hospital. She is a fellow of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists of the Philippines
