Dr. Nicolette Eunice T. Chua is a board-certified Ophthalmologist and current Refractive Specialist. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Medical Technology and was consistently on the Dean’s List throughout her undergraduate and medical studies at the University of Santo Tomas, where she also ranked in the Top 8 of her graduating class. Early in her career, she was recognized with the Most Outstanding First Year Resident award and has presented her research internationally, including at the ASCRS ASOA Annual Meeting and the APACRS-KSCRS Joint Meeting. Her work includes pioneering a Philippine National Keratoconus Patient Registry and contributing to advanced surgical innovations such as artificial iris implantation. With a strong background in research, community outreach, and surgical missions, Dr. Chua continues to demonstrate exceptional dedication to advancing Ophthalmologic care and service.
