Dr. Dumagay is a board-certified Adult Hematologist from the Philippine College of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine.
Dr. Dumagay obtained her medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training and fellowship training in Adult Hematology at Philippine General Hospital. She is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine.
