Dr. Mangulabnan is a board-certified Internist and Adult Pulmonologist.
Dr. Mangulabnan obtained his medical degree from University of the Philippines College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center, New York. He then accomplished his fellowship training in Adult Pulmonary Medicine at Keck School of Medicine – University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
