She is received her education in lifestyle medicine from the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine. She pursued continuing education in Integrative Nutrition, Functional Medicine. Her practice focuses on weight loss, prevention of progression of certain diseases and reduction of risks of cardiometabolic health concerns through lifestyle modifications.
