Dr. Notario is a board-certified specialist in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, specializing in Craniomaxillofacial prosthesis and facial plastic and reconstructie surgery. Dr. Notario is a graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Manila-Doctor of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of the Philippines Philippine General Hospital.
