Dr. Biliran is a board-certified radiologist. She is a graduate of Our Lady Of Fatima University, College Of Medicine. She completed her residency training in radiology and fellowship in ultasound at the Ospital ng Makati. She also pursused further training in breast radiology at the St Luke’s Medical Center – Global City. She is a fellow of the Philippine College of Radiology and the Ultrasound Society of the Philippines.
