Dr. Jose Antonio dela Fuente received his medical degree from the University of the Philippines Medical School. He then pursued General Surgery at the Philippine General Hospital. Upon completion, he trained further at Taiwan’s Chang Bing Show Chwan Memorial Hospital for Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery.
He also undertook another fellowship, specializing on Sarcoma, Peritoneal, and Rare Tumors at Singapore’s National Cancer Center. Dr. dela Fuente is a diplomate of the Philippine Board of Surgery. He addresses general surgical concerns, with focus on minimally invasive surgery, tumor-related surgical care, and coordinated preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management.
