Fr. Legal is a member of the Order of Saint Benedict and a licensed clinical psychologist. He has Master of Arts degree, Major in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Cosmic Anthropology from Asian Social Institute.
