Dr. Leland Francisco Gil B. Lukban earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric Residency and Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at the University of the Philippines–Philippine General Hospital, also completing a medical observership in Echocardiography and Cardiac Imaging at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada.
