Dr. Manuel is a board-certified Adult Hematologist from the Philippine College of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine.
Dr. Manuel obtained her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at the East Avenue Medical Center and fellowship training in Adult Hematology at the University of Sto. Tomas Hospital.
