Dr. Santos is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist. He is a graduate of the Far Eastern University –Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation Institute of Medicine. He completed his residency training in ophthalmology and fellowship in glaucoma at the Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center. He is a fellow of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology.
