Dr. Christian Emmanuel M. Fontanilla is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery, adult hip and knee reconstruction, and advanced wound care. He graduated from the University of the Philippines and completed his residency training at East Avenue Medical Center. Afterward, he took three fellowship trainings: Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at Centro Médico Teknon and Hospital El Pilar in Spain; Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center; and Advanced Wound Care at Butuan Orthopedic Institute. He is a diplomate of the Philippine Board of Orthopedics and a fellow of the Philippine Orthopedic Association.
