Dr. Barsabal is a board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist and a diplomate of the Philippine College of Physicians.
Dr. Barsabal obtained his medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Philippine General Hospital.
