Dr. Guillermo is a board-certified neurologist and a fellow of the Philippine Neurological Association. He is a graduate of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center College of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Neurology at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center.
