Dr. Ramiro is a board-certified neurologist and a fellow of the Philippine Neurological Association. She is a graduate of the University of Sto. Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. She completed her residency in neurology at the Philippine General Hospital. She pursued further training, completing a fellowship in Epilepsy, Yale New Haven Hospital, Connecticut.
