Dr. He is a board-certified specialist in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. She is a graduate of National University of Singapore and obtained her medical degree from University of the East Ramon Magsasaysay Memorial Medical Center College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital.
