Veronica Jirei A. Panopio, MD , is a physician currently undergoing Internal Medicine Residency training at The Medical City – Ortigas. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (2014-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo De Manila University (2010-2014). She passed the Physician Licensure Examination in September 2019. Her previous work experience (2019-2020) involved serving as a Regular Physician on Duty at several centers, including Nephro Group Dialysis Center, K Matters Taguig Dialysis and Diagnostic Center, Healthfirst Hemodialysis Center, HPPI, and Healthway Medical. She also completed a Post Graduate Internship at Rizal Medical Center and holds a Basic Course in Occupational Medicine certificate. Her research includes a study on diagnostic tools for TB pleurisy and a study on mass media campaigns for family planning
