Dr. Punongbayan is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in ambulatory pediatrics. She is a graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in pediatrics at the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center. She then completed a fellowship in ambulatory pediatrics at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital. She is a fellow of the Philippine Pediatric Society.
