Dr. Cabrera is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in Pediatric Ophthalmology. She is a graduate of the University of Sto. Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. She completed her residency training in Ophthalmology at a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Philippine General Hospital. She completed a visiting fellowship in Ophthalmic Molecular Genetics at the Nationale Eye Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, USA. She is a fellow of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology.
